Kissa Ichii
A small cozy cottage kissaten(=cafe) at the middle of Kitayama Walking Course. Ayuzaki Castle ruins is only 50m away(located on top of Mt.Kitayama). It's surrounded by Japanese traditional terraced fields on the side of hill slopes.
You'll have a freshly brewed coffee with the view as it changes from season to season. A night view of Takayama downtown from our cottage is loved by local since we established.
When the weather's good, you can see beautiful Japan Alps. When it’s rainy you may have chance to see a rainbow over the town.

Our Doria is very popular among local. If you never tried it, just try it.
What's Doria? It is similar to gratin, but contains rice instead of pasta noodles. 850yen~950yen
We have variety of hot sandwiches. "to go" option is also available. 800yen~900yen
If you come up to our cafe by walk. You may need some sweet. Parfait must be the best choice. 750yen or 900yen
Our cafe has a name for quality home made cakes 400yen~600yen
